Escomatic automatic lathes have unique rotating toolhead that allows the use of coil stock. Coil stock gives the Escomatic the ability to run lights out 24 hours a day 7 days a week if needed.
Coil stock requires less operator attention, less waste, better repeatability.
Escomatic machines employ a counter collet system that fully supports the workpiece during cutoff, the result is a cleaner (burr free cut off) part with less secondary operations.
